At California Casino Party Supplies, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase you make from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Ensure that the item(s) you wish to return are eligible for a refund. Please refer to the product description or contact our customer support team for further information.
  2. Contact our customer support team via phone or email to notify us about your return and receive a return authorization number (RA #). This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
  3. Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging materials and documentation.
  4. Ship the return package to our designated address, using a reputable shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.
  5. Once we receive the returned item(s) in their original condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your returned item(s), our dedicated team will carefully inspect the products to ensure they meet the necessary criteria for a refund. If the returned item(s) pass inspection, we will proceed with the refund request.

If, however, the returned item(s) show signs of misuse, damage, or any form of tampering, we reserve the right to deny the refund and return the item(s) back to you. Please make sure to return the item(s) in the same condition as they were received.
